Whether it be a special occasion, an indulgent treat or a girly get together, the pleasure of taking traditional afternoon tea at The Melbreak is simply divine. We serve a good choice of both sweet and savoury afternoon teas in the beautiful setting of our hotel.
Afternoon tea is open to both guests and non-residents.

As all items are freshly made by our talented catering team, afternoon teas are by advance notification of at least 48 hour’s. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Call to book on 01900 61443.
If you have been fortunate enough to receive a gift voucher for afternoon tea, please advise us of your voucher number at the time of booking.
Afternoon Tea Menu
Enjoy dainty finger sandwiches, freshly-baked scones with rich clotted cream and jam; succulent savoury snacks; and sweet mouthfuls of delicious homemade cakes, pastries and mini desserts.
Please note: whilst our chefs are happy to cater for dietary requirements where possible, we simply request that as much advance notification as possible is given. Please note we are not able to offer dairy free or vegan afternoon teas.
Foodie Events at The Melbreak
Our restaurant, The Conservatory, is open 7 days a week and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner to both guests and non-residents. We also host a number of popular foodie events throughout the year, including our monthly Tapas Evenings. Join us for a wonderful day or evening.
