We fully understand that even though most restrictions have been lifted, some of you may still be worried or uncertain about whether it is safe to travel or dine; we hope the following will go some way to alleviate your concerns.
Anyone who has visited the hotel previously will know we pride ourselves in offering an immaculate service – please be assured this will not change as we are committed to deliver optimum staff and customer safety.
We would like to reassure you that the health and wellbeing of our staff and guests are always our top priority, and whilst our normal daily cleaning routines continue to be robust and thorough, heightened cleanliness will always be observed with extra vigilance sanitising all surfaces the public come into contact with, in particular door handles, push plates, table surfaces and card terminals; and in guest bedrooms, TV remotes, telephone keypads, light switches and other high contact surfaces.
We continue to encourage all staff and guests to wash their hands thoroughly and often, especially after visiting or using the toilet and hand sanitizing stations are available to use throughout staff and public areas.
Although the wearing of face masks is no longer necessary we understand some may still wish to wear a one and are happy for you to do so.

Whilst Covid restrictions stay relaxed, we sincerely hope everyone using the hotel facilities, staff and guests alike, will continue to act sensibly and responsibly so that life can continue as normally as possible. We also simply request if you are not feeling well or are displaying symptoms of Coronavirus, kindly postpone your visit; we will be more than happy to rearrange your travel dates or cancel/re-arrange your table reservation for when you are fully recovered.
